Hi, I’m Nicholas Comeau.
I’m an engineer who never really grew out of the “take things apart to see how they work” phase, I just got better tools and a degree to justify it. My work lives in the space where curiosity meets structure: brainstorming, rapid prototyping, real world testing and solving the kinds of problems that don’t come with an instruction manual. When I’m not engineering, you can find me cooking, rock climbing, snowboarding, playing chess, gardening or wrenching on my car.
I love the messy parts of problem solving, the sketches, the failed attempts, the outlandish ideas that somehow evolve into something real. I’m fluent in SolidWorks, 3D printing, and hands‑on fabrication, but I’m equally comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams, interviewing customers, or translating technical decisions into clear, human language.
More about me
Beyond the technical work, I care a lot about how I show up in the world. The way I collaborate, communicate, and navigate is shaped by a set of personal values that guide me both inside and outside the workshop.
